Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched on the next working day after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Please note that we cannot reserve products, and an order is not finalised until payment is complete.

Delivery Timescales

United Kingdom: Customers within the UK can expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

International Shipping: For our international customers, delivery is estimated to be between 3-8 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are not one-size-fits-all. The cost is calculated automatically at checkout and is based on the total gross weight of your order (including packaging) and your delivery location. This ensures you pay a fair price for shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns.

As our shea butter is 100% organic and unrefined, this policy is in place for hygiene reasons and to ensure the integrity and quality of the products you receive. We take great care to provide detailed product descriptions and a clear ordering process, helping you make an informed decision and select the right product for your needs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds, we want to ensure you are delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or if you have received an incorrect item, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@royaldiademsnr.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will be happy to assist you.
